Visitors/Volunteers
VISITOR INFORMATION
We are a closed campus. All visitors entering the school during school hours are required to sign in at the front office.
Meetings held in the office: you do not need to sign in.
For Awards Assemblies and large schoolwide events, visitors will not need to pre-register or sign in. Entry for these events will be located at the back of the school near the cafeteria on Meredith St.
Please keep in mind that visitors are still required to sign in for daily campus access and for smaller events such as classroom activities and Parent Involvement Week.
INFORMACIÓN PARA VISITANTES
Somos un plantel de acceso restringido. Todos los visitantes que ingresen al campus durante el horario escolar deben registrarse en la oficina principal.
Reuniones realizadas en la oficina: no necesita registrarse.
Para las Asambleas de Reconocimientos y eventos escolares grandes, los visitantes no necesitarán pre-registrarse ni firmar la entrada. El acceso para estos eventos estará ubicado en la parte trasera de la escuela, junto a la cafetería, en la calle Meredith.
Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que los visitantes aún deben registrarse diariamente para ingresar al campus y para eventos pequeños, como actividades en los salones y la Semana de Participación de Padres.
Volunteer Application
To become a volunteer, there are two types:
Tier 1:
– Always supervised by a school staff member
– Helps in the classroom or around campus
Tier 2:
– May help without constant supervision
– Can attend field trips with the class

Para ser voluntario, hay dos tipos:
Nivel 1:
– Siempre bajo la supervisión de un empleado de la escuela
