2024 Announcements

INTER-District transfer for the 2025-2026

The application window to apply for an INTER-District transfer for the 2025-2026 school year is now open.  If you are interested in applying for an INTER-District transfer, please go to the district website at Alvord Unified School District Page;  or in person at the District office- Student Services Department. The INTER-District transfer application and other important information about transfers can be found. Transfers can be submitted via email at studentservices@alvordschools.org or in person at the following location:

AUSD District Office 9 KPC Parkway, Corona, CA 92879

Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The INTER-District transfer window closes on January 15, 2025.

If you live outside of the Alvord Unified School District boundaries, you must obtain an Inter-District Transfer Permit from your home district and submit it to Alvord Unified School District, Student Services Department. Note: Transfer requests are granted based on space availability.

    • By Car: Loop on Meredith St, inside staff parking lot
    • Walkers: Back gate on Meredith St.
    • Preschool and Bus Riders: Front office loop

    Procedure for PM Pick–Up:

    • Car: Loop on Meredith St, inside staff parking lot
    • Walkers:
      • TK/Kinder: Meredith St. Gate 1 and Gate 2 (by playground)
      • 1st/2nd: dismissed through the gate on Meredith St.
      • 3rd/4th/5th dismissed at the gate by the office.

    The front Office Parking Loop will be for Pre-school and Buses ONLY!

    Please be a safe and careful driver. We ask that everyone be patient. Safety comes first!

    To apply for the Expanded Learning (Free Afterschool Program), log on to your Aeries Parent Portal and on the home screen click on Apply for The Expanded Learning. You must be registered in Parent Square in order to apply.

  • If you are planning to attend a school event, please pre-register to avoid the long lines and not miss the event.  All Parents/Guardians need to be Raptored in our system. If we DO NOT have your ID on file you will NOT be pre-registered, so please bring your ID with you so we can scan you in and have you all set in our system and have a sticker ready for you.
